CrossFit classes revolve around functional movements, which are constantly varied and performed at high intensity.
Classes are scalable to all levels of fitness/ability and are delivered by qualified coaches who are there to facilitate good movement patterns and to aid in improving your overall health and fitness.
Workouts are different every single day and include a combination of weightlifting (e.g. dumbbells, barbells kettlebells, medicine balls etc),gymnastics (e.g. squats, press ups, sit ups, pull ups, box jumps, rope climbs etc) and conditioning (e.g. running, rowing) rotated in a sequence known only to the coaches.
This ensures that you will work on both strengths and weaknesses with the ultimate goal of becoming awesome at everything.
